Directed end to end discovery for a coaching platform across 15 interviews, competitive analysis, and a UX audit. Surfaced 10 opportunity areas that directly shaped MVP scope and delivered a strategic roadmap across a 12 month, 3 phase horizon.
UX Design @ Vapotherm
Owned UX across a 3 product clinical ecosystem MVP improving remote COPD patient monitoring. Established scalable IA through card sorting and user flow mapping, and resolved critical workflow barriers through usability testing with 50+ clinical and patient users ahead of FDA testing deadline.
Visual Design @ Traction
Partnered with senior design team to evolve brand identity guidelines and site experiences while maintaining consistency across multiple clients.
UX Design @ GooglePay
Directed a team of 16 through a 10 week sprint to research and prototype financial features for underserved gig workers within the Google Pay ecosystem. Presented live prototypes directly to Google stakeholders, earning endorsement on the team's research rigor and design approach.
UX Design @ Deloitte
Led a UX team of 5 through a 10 week redesign sprint to modernize Deloitte's internal employee portal. Conducted stakeholder interviews and usability testing to validate direction, delivering interactive Figma prototypes and presenting findings to senior leadership in terms of operational efficiency gains.
